 Fifth Annual Dog Lover’s Day featuring Breakfast with Scooby Doo

  Saturday, March 13, 2010   FREE.  Breakfast with Scooby Doo is $10.99   Adventure Landing is hosting its Fifth Annual Dog Lover’s Day!  This fun-filled, all-day long, FREE outdoor event will entertain several thousand First Coast families and their pets at Adventure Landing, create awareness of the ongoing problem of the overpopulation of pets, and hopefully provide many homeless pets a permanent home through our Dog Adoption Fair.

Events will begin at 8am starting with breakfast with Scooby Doo! A free Meet and Greet will follow until 1pm.

 The Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestra assembles the most talented young musicians from all over the First Coast into one of the finest youth orchestra programs in the region. The JSYO offers comprehensive orchestral training to more than 200 students ranging from first grade through early college, comprising six ensembles, and led by a team of professional conductors and coaches.

Very Special Arts (VSA) Festival 2010

March 23 through 26, 2010, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily   Four-day arts festival for more than 2,500 students  with disabilities to experience art projects in The Cummer Gardens, Art Connections and galleries.  This very special event will bring the power and joy of the arts to students with disabilities.
